Guys, if there was a girl that was interested in you, would you rather her come to you, or would you like to make the first move?
Usually you hear from all the girls to let the guy come to you, don't act too desperate...

This is totally situational... but...
In general, I love it when a girl makes the move. As a guy, we have an automatic disadvantage, because no matter what, we have to work for it. Now, this is a gross generalization, but most of the time it is true: women can find someone if they really want to, any time.
Men on the other hand, well...
So to have a woman come up and make it known that she's interested makes things easy. Not to mention, it's not like there's anything to lose really.

It's refreshing to see a girl make the first move as long as she isn't overconfident. It's a turn off when she expects the guy to say absolutely yes, or she flirts with everyone and is more a less a "tease". I work at a hospital and recently turned down a nurse who wanted to take me home to play doctor. Sure it was tough to say, "ummm...no". But I've learned that I don't like all the soap opera gossip that goes on after that. I've had to learn the hard way, but it was a lesson well learned.

All ways made the first move, most of the time. A female making the first move is definitely a plus.

I would be honored by a women that thought highly enough to make the first move. Hey if women are equal to men (and I believe they are) then women can initiate a relationship just as easy as us guys. Go for it!

Actually it depends on the guy. But if you come on too strong they will just think you only want sex. You have to temper how you do it because most guy think with the wrong head.
