get under the ball, wait for the ball to come to you,
BE nice with all the other players A and B teams, the better freinds you all are , the more, they'll want to play with you!!
it should work

Well I know how you feel..i was a B teamer once. Just show a positive attitude and ancourage all your team mate all the time..even if they mess up..give good impression on coach.. do your best.. try to give 110% ..dont give up easily and do everything the best you think you can.. What the mind concieve, the heart believes, and the hand achives.
to have better skills.. practice a lot.. have a ball w/ you when you are watching tv or jsut hanging out..so in your free time practice setting or bumbing .. control is key. What positon(s) do you play? i can help you out better if i know your position or the one you are aiming for.you can email me for more advice..Vball4eva_2010@yahoo.com

Yeah, become friends with those on the A team. If you practice with those who are more skillfull, it really improves your game and prepares you for heavier competion.
And i totally feel you on that. i was one of those sucky B team people, but practicing with those better than me helped out a lot. Now I'm capitian of B team.
Oh, and another thing. Try to play at an open gym in your area when you can. The practice with players unfamiliar to you will prepare you for any situation.
Good luck!

Practice!!! Take some summer clinics and maybe even play club ball.
The best tip I can think of is square your shoulders in the direction you want the ball to go.
Good luck!!

1. endurance. try to build yourself up so you can last longer on the court. they need to see that you can last.
2. build up your arms. it's tough when you have to have them up alot.
3. be consistant.
4. ask one of the girls on the a team to help you. I think they would be willing to help.
5. most of all, don't get angry, be kind to all the others on your team.
it just takes practice. you can do it.
