I don't know which is healthier because it's possible that both forms have additives such as vitamins, but I prefer pure with no added sugar - very natural.

Pure orange juice is juice squeezed directly from the orange.

Concentrate is the result of taking the pure juice, and removing a portion of the moisture (water) from it, to be reconstituted at a later time.

The net result is barely perceptible in orange juice, but very obvious in other foods that are dehydrated then later rehydrated.

To ship the OJ it is less bulky and heavy if they remove the water,
and then reconstitute it with water at the place where it is bottled.
The pure OJ has the original fluids with no water added, so I would say that it is healthier.
