Either a) she truly loves him even though he is abusive, or b) he's forcing her to be his girlfriend.

Why don't you leave some information regarding abuse in a place where you know she will find it but he won't. Sometimes people are too ashamed to admit they are in an abusive relationship but want out and don't know how. Look up websites, and if I knew some I'd give them to you, with numbers to call or look up places that are local that could help her out. It leaves the information anonymous, but it's at least a start.

Let her know that you're there for her and she can tell you anything and if she does admit tell her (In a very caring and loving way) that you think she should get out of that relationship. Tell her she can do better than that and all the other oppurtunity's that she'll have! :) good luck!

Document every instance of abuse you witness, If he is ever arrested for domestic violence this documentation might be what saves her life by putting him away for a looooong time.
