Just watch her for a few days. Cats get the flu and colds just like people, and just like people, there is no medicine that will cure it. The meds you got were to prevent bacterial infection while the immune system was fighting off the virus, but it didn't kill it. You just have to let it run it's course. The kitten is older now and in a stable environment, so she should get over it just fine on her own.
Watch for difficulty breathing, changes is bathrooming, eating, drinking, and sleeping. She will get worse before she gets better, but if she seems really bad, or starts any of the above signs, go to the vet.
Good Luck

There is an illness called feline rhinovirus. It is a virus and can cause symptoms, like sneezing that last for two to three weeks. If your cat has seen a vet, and is eating, drinking and otherwise behaving normally, there isn't much you can do, but let it run its course. There is no medication for viruses. Antibiotics don't work on viruses, only on the secondary infections that can come with a viral infection.
Just keep an eye on her, and if she starts to show symptoms of real illness, like not eating, drinking or lethary (just laying around like a limp dishrag), then another visit to the vet might be called for.

Hello, many different things can affect animals... such as the weather change, or even things such as perfumes or stuff either indoors or outdoors (as you can track pollen and etc in on your shoes) I would first call my vet,and tell them your kittens symptoms and they could best advise you on what exactally to do next. They may could give you a type of home remedy, or they may just refill the medication on your kittens old perscription.Since, obviously she isnt over her cold yet, this probably will be what they will do. Good luck sweety and I hope that your kitty gets to feeling better soon,Jess:)

keep the heat comfortable for yourself, if it gets too warm, her mucus membranes could be drying out and causing the sneezing. there could be any number of things causing the reaction, have your Vet do a chest x-ray to rule out a worsening condition. (meaning the cold she had ).

If she appears to still be sick, then yes, the best thing to do is go to the vet for another exam, and see if the vet recommends more meds.
