What is meant by the term "a double testimony?"?

A person who has 2 testomonies for Christ. Here is one I use Been there done that got 10 tee shirts, however, for the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ I don't have to wear any of them. Basically means I am a sinner and because I believe that Jesus is the only son of God ans was on earth to die for our sins. Was resurrected by God for our redmption.
