im very picky,....don't want to lose weight , but i want to eat healthy.

try smart choice butter
try organic food via reg food.

I am really picky, too. I like Kashi products. They make great granola bars, crackers, and I even saw cookies at the store the other day. Their products taste really good and they are much healthier than other brands. They use whole grains and other healthy proteins, but do not taste like carboard. I buy all kinds of their stuff.

What Jen said. I've got some wonderful recipes for soups and stews, for marinating roasts, and for assorted vegetable dishes. Since you know what you like, you might indeed be better off looking up assorted web sites to see what you can find.
