The easiest way is National Express coach

As most of the coaches to Stansted stop at Luton, Luton must be easiest.

Stansted. It's further away but has a rail link which only takes 45 min. Luton can only be reached by coach which takes 60 min, is less frequent, and susceptible to traffic. And there is no guaranteed seat on the coach if you don't book in advance.

Luton is closer, easier to get to by road and easy to get to by rail. There's also a direct coach link, see the URL below, as they say it's a 1 hour trip in normal traffic.

Stanstead is also connected by coach, but it's a 1.5-2 hour trip.
