Fast foods are really bad for you. If you to McD's and order a salad, you are still getting tons of fat in their dressings.
What ever fast food you eat, go on google or yahoo, enter the name and type nutrition facts after it. You'll see just how much calories or far you're consuming by eating just one burger or fries.
If you like this kinds of food, there are better ways to still eat them and stay healthier like making them at home. Use ground Turkey or lean meet, and don't deep fry your fries.
Slice your potatoes really thin, brush some olive oil on them and you can add all sort of spices and herbs and lay them in a large cookie sheet and back them in the oven... they taste so good and are not that bad for you.
Let me know if you want some healthier recipes and I'll be happy to advice you.
I'm always taking nutrition classes.
Also watch "super size me"... it's the truth!

In this case, you are right. There is something about junk food and fatty foods that will often make you feel lethargic. I felt pretty awful for a time when I ate a lot of fatty and fried stuff, and I put on weight. I felt a lot better when I switched to healthier foods and a healthier way to cook, and the weight came off.
Here is something else you might want to consider about fast food: My husband got some from a large, well-known chain. And got a case of food poisoning that knocked him for a loop for a week. Had he gone to a doctor (like he should have!) he could have sued- and won.

Actually no meals is inherently dangerous for you. Thee predicament comes from consuming an excessive amount of of those meals and no longer balancing a nutrition. A Big MAc and fries are best from time to time, however trade with grilled or roasted chiken and brocoli or anything alongside the ones strains. Of direction junk meals are mostly processed meals loaded with preservatives and different constituents to increase look and style and even as they is probably not dangerous for you, contemporary meals all set at house is far larger. Just enjoythe meals you favor and recollect moderation in all matters.

Same thing happens to me. My parents also used to force me to drink milk with dinner and I had a stomach ache everyday, but they still made me drink it, and it turned out that I'm lactose intolerent. Just don't eat it if it makes you feel that way, and if your family is big on eating fast food meals, most places now offer salads that are really good. Put your foot down girlie and stand up for your health. You are the only person that can do that.

Then why do you still eat it??? Fried foods is just one step above eating plastic. What would your mom say if you just ate the plastic toy that came with the happy meal, rather than the burger????
