PROBLEM WITH iTUNES.?

I CAN'T CONNECT TO THE iTUNES STORE. I GET PROMPTED TO CHECK MY SERVER....IF I'M ON THE NET ISN'T THAT LETTING ME KNOW MY SERVER IS WORKING?

Remove pop-up blockers
Some pop-up or ad blocking programs may interfere with iTunes ability to connect to the iTunes Store. Removing them in many cases will resolve the issue

Flush DNS Setting in Windows
In some cases, the DNS information you computer uses to connect to the internet needs to be reset. Follow these instructions to flush your Windows DNS information:

On the Start menu, click Run
In the Open field type cmd and click OK.
In the resulting window, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Return on the keyboard.
You should see a message that the DNS Resolver Cache has been successfully flushed.
