i have a holistic/natural remedy for you. get some local honey (honey made in your local area) and take one tablespoon a day. within two weeks you should notice a remarkable improvement.

how it works: the bees collect pollen from plants in your area (pollen is what makes your nose runny, itchy and sneeze) and make honey with it. by ingesting a small amount you are building up your natural immunity to the ACTUAL allergens that are bothering you.

this is amazing, inexpensive and tastes yummy. if you don't want to swallow a spoon of honey, add it to your tea, coffee, cereal etc.

happy thoughts of great breathing, love, peace and light!

Get this stuff at the health food store called Quercetin. I battled allergies and a runny nose for 2 years before finding this. I went from 12 medications, to this. It is an antihistamine, a sinus soother, and a bioflavanoid.
Quercetin, get it and breathe again :)
