Thats I was been told, better 5 with good lense. Do you think Practica has reasonable lense?

Yes. I'm a fan of Praktica cameras. The lenses are good quality. Made by Pentacon in Germany, I think.

Don't understand the first part of the question, Praktica are a budget brand, always were. Film cameras were ok, digital pretty ropey.
