Once and awhile I will experience a weird problem with my hands or feet.

One hand will be feel really hot, internally and to the touch, and the other will be icy cold. Same thing happens with my feet, one will be hot and the other, cold. Then it will switch.

Sometimes my hands will be really hot, but my feet will be cold, and vice versa. This usually happens more when I am at my desk at work typing or using the mouse, or if I happen to play a video game and use a two-handed controller.

Any thoughts?

It's probably not so much circulation as a pinched nerve. I have carpel tunnel & also a pinched nerve in my lower back. My doctor has told me that's why my hand & feet stay cold. But I'm sure there are a million different reasons.

while i replaced into pregnant with my 2d daughter I had some thing comparable. the two my legs might circulate thoroughly numb for days at a time. It didnt incredibly effect me, i replaced into stilll waiting to stroll etc yet I in basic terms couldnt no longer experience them in any respect. My Dr pronounced it replaced into in basic terms the baby sitting on the nerves. yet i replaced right into somewhat further alongside than you (it replaced into awhile in the past so cant undergo in concepts precisely how some distance alongside i replaced into, sorry) and that i've got had the comparable element to a lesser quantity with this being pregnant. each and every from time to time my genuine leg feels pins and needly/somewhat numb yet no longer thoroughly numb like with #2.

Yes, I do. But you are better off seeing a doctor so he can check and make sure everything is okay. I have bad circulation and I experience those symptoms, but it is best to see a doctor.

It sounds like a circulation problem.... Mention this to your doctor... I did and the doctor put me on a pill called Nifedipine and the problem went away...

Have you talked to your doctor about Raynaud's phenomenon?
