Take calcium pills, excercise (but not jogging and running because that can screw up your joints). Ask a doctor for a more comprehensive answer.

yep. weightbearing exercise, which can be walking, jogging, weightlifting...can all help build up your bones no matter what age you are. Taking calcium will help as long as your still doing weightbearing exercses, but if you take calcium and don't do any extra exercise then your body won't absorb the extra calcium to your bones....

Yes. You can strenghten them with weight training. Light weights are fine. Even older people(Seniors) can see an improvement.

yes, take calcium and magnesium, and do weight bearing exercises, such as lifting weights, running(walking does is not weight-bearing), etc.
