Depends on the model type and who you are buying it from...
And Private party vs dealer. You can expect to pay a dealer more.

(by 84 miles, I assume you mean 84k)
DX Sedan 4D should be about $5,000
LX Coupe 2D about $6,000
EX Sedan 4D V6 about $7,000

So as you can see, more details would give you a more clear answer. As many have suggested, I'd check out the Kelly Blue Book value and plug in as many details as possible about the style/model/condition of the car.

go to www.nadaguides.com and click on your vehicle. It will ask you for all features and will give you a suggested retail price and a price if you were to purchase it from a private party. The 84 miles sounds a little fishy. You could also run a report from carfax (www.carfax.com) to determine the history and see if the odometer was altered. There are a couple of other sites that I use as well (www.intellichoice.com, www.vehix.com, www.edmunds.com) when reviewing and evaluating cars. Hope this helps.

All used cars (accords) are different. It depends on the car. If it's in good condition inside and out under the hood and body, $4-5k. Check what value the bank would put on it.

I'd pay $5,000 easy.
With only 84 miles, it should be in great shape except for the battery and maybe a hose or two.

Depend on where you are, and what company us use to value the car.
http://www.kbb.com and
http://www.nada.com
Are two places you can go to appraise the value. Yahoo also has an Auto section that is pretty good.
