MS Windows is not really that far off from BS Windows, is it? But what's a man to do? Not really that many choices.

If you say Mac, you are below the lower class.
If you say Linux, you are only slightly better off.
If you were born after 1988, don't bother answering, as your input is basically useless.

AmigaOS seems promising, however, since Linux / Unix OSes, along with MS OSes are the more popular, finding good OSes can be tough.

And why are Macs rated so low? They cache information differently so they run faster, their OSes are far more stable than a PC, and there aren't that many viruses for a Mac anyways.

I know you said no to linux, but there aren't really that many out there that are as easily manuverable... have you tried redhat? You other option is to take some programming classes (taught in the UNIX enviroment) and write your own OS... I prefer red hat.
