Can anyone provide me with a prayer against the devil?

I am writing a play and need an old prayer to protect against the devil. Any websites pointing me in the right direction would be helpful as well.

I would like a chant, or something that the masses would say. Something very old, not something personal and modern.

Satan i bind you in the name of Jesus by the authority which he has given me and by the blood that was shed on calvary i tell you to go in the name of Jesus.

Holy spirit i release you in this place and ask that you dwell here and protect me from harms way In Jesus name Amen

one must be careful in such things... evil through satan is very real... only the Name of Jesus The Christ by The power of God Almighty carries the authority to protect against satan.... any Prayer against satan must invoke The Name of Jesus and the Power of God. And it will only be effective when made by one of The Chruch... no non-believer has the authority to invoke The Name and The Power.

You want a chant or repetitive saying that people put faith in? "now I lay down..." type? Just say something, that is what prayer is....talking.
