I think that it is possible, but it is a different kind of love. When I first met my boyfriend, I looked at him and thought, "This is the man I am going to marry." It was more like a sense of piece and comfort about him than just a hormonal/sexual reaction. Four years later, we're still together, so I would have to say yes, but I don't think it's quite like in the movies.

NO because it takes time to develop the friendship, trust, understanding, deep caring that is LOVE.

But I do think you can have a 'vibe' at first sight that can grow into love!

No.
There's no way I could have understood how amazing my husband is just by looking at him. I wasn't at my best when we met, so I'm glad HE didn't believe in love at first sight either.

Maureen P is right. You might lust for someone at first and grow to love them later but love is deeper than just skin-deep.

Yes, if you have ever had a child you know this is true. Because you have never seen that child before in your life but you instantly fall in love.

Yes. Because there are people in this world who just go so perfectly together that you know they were made for each other or they have such wonderful chemistry that it seems that they must have been together forever.
