Even if your face isn't clear in the pic, your car and license plate is. You'll get the ticket and you should pay it. It's photographic evidence and I doubt you'll win any battle you put forth.
If you say some one else was driving the car, they won't care. YOU are the registered owner and are responsible for the vehicle and the 'friend' that was driving it.
Pay the fine and be done with it and be more careful at red lights from now on.

Cool answer by John. But I think you would spend some time with Sheriff Joe if ya pulled that one.
When you got the ticket in the mail, was your face clearly visible on the pic? If not, you could say someone else was driving the car that day.
If they can see you, you're gonna have to pay...........

If the police used a camera to catch you running a red light you could try taking a picture of the check you write for the fine and send that in to them.

you could contest the site visitors cost ticket in court, yet you would be able to would desire to place up bail first -- examine with the court clerk. Request to view the video, and there could be pictures, too. No thought precisely whilst the digicam(s) commence shooting, according to risk earlier the vehicle enters the intersection and makes a precise turn.

You can't refute the evidence, just pay the ticket and save yourself some further trouble.

depends on if you are the registered owner. If you are not then have that person go to court, say it is not them, and they do not know who it was, case dismissed.
If it is you then you have the right to confront your accuser.
hope the dam camera does not show up!
