I see this name mentioned 3 times in the New Testament.

The Holy Bible was translated form Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.

And what language is Allah?

1 Mark 14
36 And he saith: Abba, Father, all things are possible to thee: remove this chalice from me; but not what I will, but what thou wilt.

2 Romans 8
15 For you have not received the spirit of bondage again in fear; but you have received the spirit of adoption of sons, whereby we cry: Abba (Father).

3 Galatians 4
6 And because you are sons, God hath sent the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying: Abba, Father.

Abba is Greek but of Aramaic origin.
From Lexicon Results for Abba (Strong's 5):
Abba = "father"
father, customary title used of God in prayer. Whenever it occurs in the New Testament it has the Greek interpretation joined to it, that is apparently to be explained by the fact that the Chaldee "ABBA" through frequent use in prayer, gradually acquired the nature of a most sacred proper name, to which the Greek speaking Jews added the name from their own tongue.

I'm not sure about Abba, but Allah is Arabic, and has roots in the Aramaic language. Also, Allah is very similar to Eloh (you may have seen its plural Elohim) in Hebrew, which also evolved from Aramaic.

Aramaic. Everything Jesus said was Aramaic because that's the language He spoke. Most of His original words were translated into Greek, and then into other languages; but wherever His original word remains in the text, it is Aramaic.

Abba is actually a common surname in many languages. In french it is spelled Abba. In spanish they spell it Abba. In greek they either spell it Abba if from the mainland or Abba if from the islands. In Hawaii it is commonly spelled Abba. Even the Iriqouis and Abanaki languages used the word. In Iriqouis it is Abba and in Abanaki they spell it Abba. Hope this helps.

Ancient Hebrew would be my guess. Although I believe Sanscrit is the precruser language to a lot of the middle eastern languages, so many it originates from Sanscrit.
