No you cant, it is bad news and you really should not be using it as a diet supplement either. Its a serious drug...see below! Quote taken from a pharmacology text book.
"Acute toxic effects are usually extensions of the therapeutic actions of the drug. Excessive doses may cause a sharp rise in blood pressure sufficient to produce cerebral hemorrhage. Other effects (usually transient) include headache, restlessness, anxiety, tension, tremor, weakness, dizziness, confusion, delirium hallucinations, pallor, respiratory difficulty, palpitation, sweating, nausea or vomiting. Repeated injections may cause contraction of the bladder sphincter and interfere with voluntary urination.
The possibility of urinary retention, especially in the elderly male, should be kept in mind."

Yes you can. Very few medications present a problem when donating blood... it's just the disease that you are taking them for that may be the problem. Just be honest when filling out the form.
FYI: ephedrine can raise your blood pressure, which may disqualify you from donating.

You should be able to.
They filter and treat the blood to get rid of contaminants anyway .
In fact, it's only the red blood cells that get donated; everything else is stripped away by the Centrifuge machine.
