I have twelve on top and getting ready to make an appt. Back two are broken. Can they fill and give me partials. I'm 36. Also I really bug out at the dentist. Ive found a good one but am still scared. I need to go tho I'm getting embrassed and cant hardly eat.

Go to the dentist. They're alright really. You'll need the work done no matter what so better sooner rather than later, it'll only get worse. You'll feel much better after you're all fixed. If you are really scared, tell your dentist and he will sedate you (I know they do in Britain, don't know about the states) and you will barely remember it.

Find someone that can do sleep dentistry! I had to go in for 3 hours and I was asleep the whole time, it was nice! I did IV sedation. It cost extra, but boy was it worth it!
I had a couple of broken teeth and they did root canals and crowns on them. So yes, they can be saved.

Just go to the dentist and get the work done. Think how much better you will feel. Look at the goal and not the process.
