Obviously i know i can just put it in the freezer but, when i want to eat it will it defrost and reheat safely and retain its flavour?

yes you can, you must defrost thoroughly though and never refrost as it contains milk which can harbor bacteria which is bad for you.

I know bread freezes and defrosts fine. You can even take a frozen slice out and toast it and it will taste as it should.

Pudding im not so sure about.

Make sure that you defrost it overnight in the fridge and everything should be ok.

you most certainly can but make sure you defrost totally and warm through again then put your custard all over it ummmmmmmmm ummmmmmmmmm

Hi Seaside yes indeed and its lovely my favourite in fact.

Mind you I always use fresh free range eggs from my own chickens.

sure - just defrost it overnight before you thoroughly re-heat it - and only re-heat it once - wow .... impressed that you had the willpower to have left-overs !! LOL

definetely freeze it should taste ok as long as you dont leave it in the freezer for ever

yes you can. i think you can only freeze it for about 3 months and you have to let it thaw out at room temperture
