The military does have something called: Rules of Enagement
or better known as ROE/

Our soldiers get so little pay that their families have to get food stamps to eat. If they would keep the newspapers, TV and Radio out of the war our soldiers could be home for Christmas.

Yea my friend was talking to me about something like that. Its in the ROE. but then he was talking to me Esclation of force is something to but it has to do with check points. first one in the ground, doesnt stop one in the grill and then one in the driver. all to be done with the M16A2
