Before you go try and keep a record of what you are eating and how this effects your stomach, you may see a pattern yourself, is it fats/milk products/yeast?

Get yourself tested for IBS AND Coeliac Disease as it is easily misdaignosed as IBS. If its not that check for other food intolerences too.
Common symptoms of coeliacs disease in adults are;

Don't panic yourself most people only have a few of these syptoms and all you need for a diagnosis is a blood test and an endoscopy where they pass a tube down into your stomach to see how things are down there!!
Sounds like you may have caught whatever it is early so best get yourself tested toot sweet.
My daughter has Coeliac disease and the difference it made to her once she started a gluten free diet was amazing!! She is such a happy bubbly young thing now!!

i used to be the same it sounds like u may have ibs Irritable Bowel Syndrome a lot of people think thats only when u get constipated when really it can work both ways go see your soc and he will give you something to releif symptoms i found certain things make it worse like cheese and fizzy drinks so keep eye on things that set it off worse and do best to stay clear of eating to many

I had this on and off for years. Doc said it was IBS. Keep a note of what you eat and drink and find out what triggers it. Mine turned out to be caffeine, red wine, 'cheapie' tomatoe sauces! Once you figure it out it will get easier to control.
Also the stress of feeling ill will worsen it as will stress in general!

you could have irritable bowl syndrome..... certain food types can trigger reactions, inflamation in the bowl... which would explain why it's not working properly.?

go get it checked out cos they might have to cut away a section of bowl if it has bled. the longer you leave it the worse it'll get.... in your hands

GO GET IT TESTED!!!!
