Future effects of global warming include raised sea levels, species extinction, spread of disease, lack of usable air or water.

Nobody knows. There is a popular opinion that the ice caps will melt and the sea will rise by perhaps 200 feet, but this is based on computer projections whose accuracy is (or should be) suspect.
