They can only eat from the meat and vegetable food groups. Their docter said that people shouldn't have milk after they are a baby and and wheat is just not good for you. They are now stonger and more happy. My brother also can't eat soy,dyes and peanuts because he is alergic.

Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What they really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes per day, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of.
This does sound like a pretty good diet though. :-)

As long as they are supplementing thier diets with a good multi-vitamin then thier diet is pretty solid. Providing they stick to lean meats (baked not fried) and include some fish as well.

I don't know who their doc is but he is a few eggs short of a dozen. Without milk and dairy you cannot get enough calcium for strong bones & teeth, and without fruit you don't get a lot of the vitamins and fiber you need to maintain your health. Whatever ...

i went on that diet on meat and green veggies for 5 months straight and lost 50 lbs...bad news is that it get's sorta boring and once your off it, it's hard to get back to it because regular food is so yummy. plus, you need to work out constantly!

No, your not crazy. If its working for them, then let'em do it, especially if it makes'em feel happy. Other people probably dont think its a healthy diet b/c they probably never tried it.

meat and vegies are a great way to eat....most vegetables contain heaps of vitamins some have calcium...so as long as they are eating a good range of vegies they should be getting everything they need.....sounds good to me....
