I am a stay at home mom. And yes it does relate to my religion and to God. I do the things God asks me to do. I take care of my family and my husbands home. And he does the things God asks of him. He takes care of his family. I try and teach my children Islam the best I can. I try and teach them how to be good Muslims. I try and help my husband in anyway I can. If he needs me to work I do, if he needs me at home I stay at home. Pleasing him pleases God. Taking care of my children pleases God. Taking care of my house please God. I do it all for God for hope Paradise. Everything I do in my home for my family I do it first for God for with out Him I would not have anything. That is what a Muslim women should do. I am not saying she should not work outside the home, but her family should always come first. There is a hadeeth that says that every person is in charge of something and will be asked about this on judgment day. The women is in charge of her husbands home and her family. So I pray I do what is right and when I stand before God I have done what He has asked of me.

i am sadly to say. but i work in a place were they serve pork beside the other things (chicken, salad, beef, cheese ..).
however this job helps me with my education, otherwise i will have to take education loan or put pressure on my parents. at this job they can't just tell me "go home" because i am part of the work union.
it's hard to find good job now days, and i can't guarantee if the new job will be temporary or no.

I am a translator by trade and in my line of work I get to meet all sorts-Jews, Christians, atheists, Islam-haters, bigots from all walks of life. Without open proselyting, I manage to do a bit of marketing in favor of our wonderful religion. I like to think of God as a road-companion
