I was going to answer you by looking at the wrappers on my loaf and typing out the info. then I read the replies in already and could see their point. What about going to the supermarket ot the local shop and looking at the bread together with your son. I love doing homework with kids but the whole point is that helping them does not mean doing it for them. Alternatively email Hovis on the site www.hovisbakery.co.uk.

It's not helping your son any, doing the work for him. Just tell him to go look in the cupboard.

Your offspring --- your job. Besides, what character traits are you trying to model for your kid? C'mon! Do it together, and show your kid that effort/integrity aren't bad traits!
