Where are these piercings and what kind of jewelry is in them? If you *message me* with that, I'll be able to help you a lot better than with you just saying you have 3. Each different pierced area has different healing times, they have different care and needs.
As a general rule, I tell most people no more than 2 at a time because often the body becomes so overworked that it can't heal properly or in a timely fashion. Plus if you have a blood sugar issue of some sort, you are in a whole new ballpark of fun.
Hint: No infection is 'small', all of them should be treated as if they are serious because they can get much worse very quickly. You need to clean your piercings on a regular and frequent basis. Use more sea salt soaks to clear up excess puss and to sooth your piercings. (Mix warm water with enough sea salt so it tastes like tears, apply to a cotton ball or use a shot glass to soak the ares) You should be using liquid gold Dial soap to clean the outside skin area and to soften any crust on the piercing (which all crust should be removed twice daily). Avoid: rubbing alcohol, bactine, peroxide, epsom salt, neosporin. Those are harsh cleaners that will make healing even harder than it is now. You may see a doctor for anti-biotics to help clear things up before they cause serious issues.
If you have an infection from a piercing, now is not the time to get a tattoo. Clean up the piercings and take your mods one at a time, your body can't handle anything else and this is its way of saying stop.

I am also a huge fan of piercings, and I don't think you need waste your body art money and go to a doc right away. First of all, know that different areas of the body have different healing times and any skilled piercer should have informed you of this. Each place on the body has a normal healing time specific to it's location. Also, bigger holes have a longer healing time than say...a standard ear piercing. Are you cleaning a couple times a day? Here's a cleaning method for external piercings (not tongues or genitals):
Take a shotglass and put a 1/2 tsp of sea salt. Fill glass with warm water. Shake well and dump on piercing once in the morning and once at night. This works well for nipples, bellybuttons, ears and eyebrows. A good antibacterial soap (think Dial) mixed with warm water should be used after the salt mixture. (by the way, you can do this all in the shower after you've shampooed and whatnot). Make sure your not getting makeup in your facial piercings or hair gel and crap in your ear piercings. When you dry your piercings don't use a used towel, as they are a good hiding place for germs. For a tongue piercing, use mouthwash after every meal and cigarette if you smoke. I'm not sure how to care for genitals, but I am sure you can find out online. Also, I would wait to get any more art until you know you can keep what you've got. Remember quality, not quantity is best. I hope I've helped. HAVE FUN!

First things first, the site of the piercing matters, where are they located? Secondly, If the infection as you call it is oozing or irritated, crusty. What color is it? White or off-yellow or with a little brownish blood is probably just healing, yellow or green see a doc. If you are moving them around it won't heal, chronic touching, won't heal on schedule either. Try sea-salt. Really! Get sea salt and dilute it in warm water either swab with a q-tip, rinse or soak piercings in this twice a day. In the morning and at night. Also if they are in or around your mouth get Alcohol free mouth wash and use it after you eat.
If you have to get a tattoo, I know how that is. Tell the Artist about your healing fears, not all artist will care but you might find one who has good input. Make sure after your Tattoo you get a copy of healing instructions or you write them down if they won't give you one. Eat well and drink plenty of water.
PS-you can always call your piercer OR another piercing studio, they should give you information.
DO NOT USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE OR ALCOHOL!
The people that tell you that are NOT in the Business and that is a very Old school way of thinking.

Neosporin is a bad Idea so don't listen to the girl telling you to use it. She clearly states that the Shops tell you not to do this and said she does it anyways. These guys are professionals and thats why they tell you the proper way to let it heal. Follow the guidlines set by your piercer they know best. Also if things get worse please see a doctor. Also stop by to see your piercer. if they are a real professional they will looka t your piercing and give you suggestions as what to do. Some even do suggest sea salt water as suggested before here. But please do not use a ointment such as Neosporin. It works great on tats but it blocks the piercings from the air it needs to breath so in all actuallity the outside my looked healed but the inside takes longer.
By the way its your body. Why ask a question here to people who may or may not be professionals at this. go see a professional and ask them instead of here.

I always just use Hydrogen Poroxide on all my piercings when they start to seem the least bit infected. I have guaged my ears alot, and after getting to a size 4 trying to guage them more seemed to take longer to heal. When I last guaged them to 00, it took about a month and a half to heal when it should only take a couple of weeks. It might be normal, certain peircings have different hygiene rules. Try talking to a piercologist.

I think a tattoo right now is a bad idea. Your body is clearly already working at its best to heal these other holes you recently obtained. And although shops do not recommend it, I always put antibiotic ointment, like neosporin, to help them heal correctly and prevent infection, it always works for me. If something is getting infected, resort back to the methods of cleansing the piercings they often give you at the shop, clean it with salt water.

You more then likely will be fine with going through the airport. I've never been through airport security, but I have been through prison metal detectors (for visitation) and didn't set off a thing. Even if you do, they'll have a wand they can put over you to see that you don't have any weapons on you.. just piercings.

try putting a mixture of sea salt and water on them to clean them as it is a natural healer. Mix as much sea salt into warm water till it wont disintegrate any more...a little salt left at the bottom is ok. Use a Cotton ball soaked in it and squeeze over piercing to drip mixture over piercing and turn piercing as U do it.
