If your talking about the Internet, Try myspace, or some other site that just has people who can post or do anything. It not directly related to dating, but its free to contact anyone and you can check their profile to see if they are single. The thing about dating sites that you have to realize is they can only do exactly what any of the other things I've suggested can do.
