because alot of people don't use their imaginations.
My daughters name is Anastacia Rain.
Our future son(s) will have biblical names...not too creative, but it has meaning.
we just found out we're pregnant again. We have had our boy name picked out since before anastacia was born. Daniel Moroni.
If we have another girl, Her name will be Serenade. But we can't figure out a middle name.
That's okay, we have 4-5 mos before we have a Chance of finding out.

When I had my baby, I knew I definitely didn't want her middle name to be Marie. Too common! I don't know anyone with that for a first name, but it seems like the most common middle names I've heard are Marie, Elizabeth, Lynn, and Lee. (for girls) One common middle name now is Nicole. They are popular because they are names that go with just about anything. But you're right, they are pretty "blah", although I do like Nicole!

I don't know.... a religious thing maybe?
In Quebec, every baby girl baptised in the Catholic church has Marie at the beginning of their name. (Baby boys have Joseph). So our names go along these lines: Marie then our middle name followed by our first name and then our last name.

I don't know. I hate that name. My mother even suggested that I name my baby girl Marie as a middle name too. Didn't happen though. :)

I agree!
I don't know any Marie's, but I do know tons of people with the middle name Marie. It's so blah (as you said!). Let's get a little more creative people!
