Take a container (16 ozs.) of nonfat plain yogurt and add one of those Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing packets. Mix those together and you have a great tasting dip and no fat. This trick also works great with the Hidden Valley Ranch packets too.

1 cup of drained cottage cheese pureed in the blender (Or a cup of sour cream.)
1 teaspoon dry dill weed
1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) garlic powder
if you like salt-add salt to taste
mix and chill for a couple of hours before serving.
I sometimes thin this dip with a little milk and use as a salad dressing.

Salsa dip or use low fat stuff. Anyway a good dip unless you are eating it for a meal should be high in fat. to make it healthier eat with broccoli, cauliflower, green onions, carrots etc. 1 package of cream cheese, 16 oz sour cream, 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar, one onion cut finely, large can of chopped black olives, bacon bits, one clove of garlic finely chopped, 6 oz of stuffed chopped green olives, paprika or cayenne to taste mix together let sit in fridge covered about 3 or more hours longer is better serve with veggies, chips, pretzels unless you overdo it a dip as high in fat as this can be an addition to your diet options mix in blue cheese crumbles or red, green or yellow pepper chopped finely Yeah fine somebody rated my answer as bad SO WHAT!!!!! DIP IS NOT A BLANKING MEAL!!! IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SNACK!!! SO YOU EAT IN F ING MODERATION!!!! AND THEN YOU EAT A REGULAR HEALTHY MEAL!!!! WITH YOUR F ING VEGGIE BURGHERS!!! See I spelled burger that way on purpose because a s s clowns seem to think we are in England or something and spell YOGURT yoghurt God Save us from creeping down the wrong path.

Here are a couple of easy ones - take a block of nonfat or lowfat cream cheese and mix it really well with a can of Rotel tomatoes. Another one is to take low or nonfat sour cream and mix it with hidden valley ranch.

You can also get Kroger's brand of no fat dip -they are great!
