No. Some offer coverage through the gap. You usually have to pay a higher monthly premium. To find a plan that's right for you, go to www.medicare.gov and use the plan comparison tool. You can enter your information and it will come back with information on the plans that are best for you.

I have medicaid and I asked my pharmacist and she said I would have no gap in coverage. I am assuming that medicaid will pick it up.
