This could hurt her more than you realize. It can and will rot her teeth, cause stomach problems and more. You must tell your parents and I am sure that they can keep the fact that you told them out of it. Your sister needs couselling and the sooner the better. She can die from this!!

It doesn't matter if she isn't thin, she could still die. If your body does not get the nutrition it needs then it will slowly die. My mother was bulimic and slowly all of her organs in her body started to fail. My mother could not stop throwing up, eventually it becomes an automatic reaction and your body will throw up immediately after eating, it will tear up her esophogus and she will throw up blood, the acid from the stomach comes up and will make your teeth rot and if you do recover your throat may never be the same again, you will always have problems swallowing. You should read up on this, you need to confront her and tell her to tell your parents or tell her that you will tell them because you love her.

It doesnt matter if shes skinny yet, its a serious health problem. Causing yourself to vomit can cause permanant damage. Yes she will probably be upset if you tell on her, but it will be ok. You need to bring this to your parents attention and tell them that you're worried about her. I promise she wont be mad at you forever. She may even thank you once everything is over. Just make sure you dont delay. The longer this lasts the harder it will be for her.

You absolutely need to tell someone! Your parents, a teacher, somebody! Bullemia is a serious condition. She may not be skinny enought to die, but she's destroying the lining of her esophogus not to mention her teeth.

She needs help! She may be mad at you at first, but she'll come to unerstand that you only told because you love her.

If you love her, talk to her right away, this is a serious matter. Get help, but always tell her how much you love her.
This is in most cases a cause for those that have very low self-esteem. If she is reminded of how much love she has from family members she will allow you to help her.
