I worked in a fiberglass shingle manufacturing company so believe me when I tell you, pantyhose!! Thats right, I said pantyhose. Here is what you do. Slide the pantyhose over your hand like a glove and wipe across your skin, but only in one direction. The pantyhose grabs the fibers and lifts them out. I also used cold showers to finish up or just wash my arms with cold water but only in one direction. If you scrub back and forth you are asking for it!!

Take a wide length of athletic tape, about 6 inches, place it lightly on your skin and lift it off. Most of the fibers should attach to the tape. Also soak in warm water and scrub with a rough sponge (loofa type works well)

It's tricky, but it can be washed out. If you work with fiberglass you should wear thick gloves plus a mask so you won't breathe in the fibers and/or fumes from the resin.

Take a cold shower so the pores of your skin don't open and get inside

Duct tape. Seriously.
Somebody recommended it to me once, I tried it, and it worked!
Is very sticky and grabs hold of the particles.
