I have the same problem as you. I started a chiropractic, have you tried? Today was my second "adjustment" and I'm feeling a little bit better, at list I can bend!

I've had 5 lumbar fusions so I know something about back pain. You really need to find the cause. If you haven't been to see an orthopedist, you should. I use a portable tens unit (electric stim) at home most of the day. The setting can be adjusted so that it isn't too intense. It would have to be prescribed by your doctor & picked up at your physical therapy department. Something else that seems to help is Bio Freeze. That also needs to be prescribed. At the very least you need xrays & possibly an MRI to determine the cause before a proper treatment can be prescribed.

I've had trouble with my back for 20 years, and have never heard of boon-setting. What really helps my is ice. But sometimes it really does get bad And I have to get a shot of cortisone from my doctor. Good luck to you, and God Bless a fellow sufferer.
