it's depend. how many cup of tea you drink everyday. and how you drink. if you drink a tea by itself without sugar and milk/cream, it's not make you overweight. but..if you drink tea with regular sugar (not low sugar) and milk more than 3 or 4 cup a day, you could gain weight but not overweight.

Tea alone can not cause you to loose weight. It has 0 calories and is a dirutec.

Black Tea actually helps you loose weight, so don't worry.

Cream, Sugar, Honey etc is was packs on the pounds...just drink it black
