I've been thinking about toning up my body, but I'm wondering if getting a personal trainer is the way to go.

Personal trainers are pretty pricy. At Bally's, you can expect to pay several hundred dollars for a couple of month's worth of sessions.

It's better to join a gym that offers a one free workout with a personal trainer. They'll make you feel fat and crappy and tell you exactly what to do to feel not fat and not crappy. Just keep going back and doing what they told you to do.

Add some new exercises here and there to keep it interesting, and after a few months you will no longer be as fat and crappy as the personal trainer thought you were at the start.

oh yeah they are so expensive and not all of them worth it! Search and ask around for really good one then it's worth your money. I have really good one from my gym i pay a lot but it's totally worth it all the money he made workout plan just for me and its pretty cool! but the one i had before him sucked.
