I have always wonderd about my birthmarks. Some are deliberate triangles, others, some I reconize in star formations. I even have an upsidedown cross. All just birthmarks, but so perfect in design it's almost like I put them there myself.

I have the shape of the big dipper (constellation) on my thigh. It's
been there since I was a kid - not truly a birthmark, but it's moles that are placed exactly in the same pattern.

I have one on my right hip, its in the shape of a tree, I think I got it when my mom fell putting up Christmas lights a few weeks before I was born.
