This is hard to explain but I'll try. I keep seeing pictures of these mountains in China. They are not huge mountain range. They look like giant lumps of sugar. Here's a picture... http://www.flickr.com/photos/robertlio/120560413/
Ive also seen them in movies like The Man with the Golden Gun. Does anyone know the name of these type of mountains, and where I can find out more about them.

the mountains that look odd have been painted for centuries and are one of the amazing sights of the world the town is guilin the other places is in the hong kong area easy to get to but dosnt attarct tourist only the locals

These hills are in the vincinity of Guilin and Yangshuo, in Guanxi province, some of them have names such as Moon Hill, Xiu Hill, Mural Hill, Snail Hill (Luoshi Hill), Xilang Hill, Schoolboy Hill, Chaoban Hill...
