i rolled with my passport and the officer wrote down my passport number on his ticlet book. next week i plan to do my state ID. will that affect my records? he was recording my passport number, not my state ID number, can i get away with it?

Well here in Illinois they even give tickets for spitting on the street, so yours sounds equally as ridiculous, but ours cost about $75.00 and up for the ridiculous offenses, how much was yours?! I wouldn't worry to much about it, but here they are serious about their money, and will issue you a warrant if you don't pay it!!!! good luck with that! All the unsolved murders and kidnappings etc. that they could be out solving, yet they always have time to zero in on the most trivial things that it is hard to believe thta there is even a law against, money grubbing little bastards....!!!!

I don't even understand your question. You got a ticket for putting your foot in the train? Rolled with your passport? Did you even get a ticket or did he just write your number down?

i don't think a ticket should affect your records.
