NO I THINK THE RELIGION WILL BE GROUP OF PEOPLE WITH CERTAIN PRINCIPLE TO LIVE TOGETHER AND GET THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER TOGETHER AND TO FIGHT WITH NATURAL CLIMAXES IN THE OLD DAYS BUT WITH THE PASSING OF TIME IT IS USED FOR THE POLITICAL PURPOSE.

Who says religeon is covert fascism? It is only a handful of practitioners of religeon who are like that. True religeon always preaches, Love, Humanity, Tolerance, Service etc. If few ministers are corrupt, can you say that ministerial posts are corrupt and not required. If some government organisations are indulging in favoritism, or corruption can you generalsie and say they are not required. Even today there are few religeous institutions which are doing lot of social service like Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Old Age homes etc.

Do you mean God is Eternal? I agree. Religion by and large has not represented His principles. But that does mean that all religious people have contributed to the what you mentioned. Many have remained not part of this world' s chaotic divisive elements, many try to help their neighbors to improve their lives.

I'll agree with the second part. Six years worth of the "Party of God" in power and I can still take my bisexual girlfriend out for an abortion. They love to dangle that carrot to motivate the base. It will never be changed for that reason.
