Screaming kids, cramped spaces, and a flight so over booked that the two of you dont even get seats together... and all you get is a movie you've already watched! Happened to me and I just wanted to scream!!
Other than the regular inflight movies and lame info. what would YOU like to be able to do on a flight?
Other than 'trying' to sleep. :)

I like to watch 1 movie, then shorter programs or sitcoms I haven't seen.

In flight entertainment options are getting better. Live TV, like JetBlue and Frontier offer, would be great--if only they flew transatlantic! Airtran has XM Satellite Radio throughout; SAS and Lufthansa have wi-fi internet onboard (sadly, soon to end).

I was on Northwest last year, transatlantic, and was pleasantly surprised with their inflight entertainment system. I had about 40 different movies to choose from (yes, 40! I counted), 6 video games, various short programs, the normal audio channels, etc. I were well-impressed with the variety and quality of movies... and this was in economy class!

I relatively have flown many circumstances on BA around the atlantic, and that they've between the final inflight entertainment systems around called AVOD (Audio Video On call for). It we could you make a call from a library of flicks, including recent releases and classics, there is likewise multiple television, music and video games too. plenty to maintain you occupied on an 8.5 hour holiday. the amazing thing approximately AVOD is which you would be able to end and start up programmes on the touch of a button, additionally pause them too while you're being served a meal or ought to apply the bathing room.

I like to be able to see my legs, and actually have feeling in them when I'm finally released from a nightmare long flight. Leg room please. I'd also like to be able to walk around, stand for 15 to 20 minutes without some snotty flight attendant asking me to take my seat. Its impossible for anyone to sit for 11 hours.
