No pills are going to stop it, unless it has to do with stress reduction. Vitamin Bs help with stress and just taking a multi-vitamin daily is good enough. Loss of pigment is melanin loss, and I don't know of any chemical one can ingest to slow melanin loss in specifically, the hair. It is interesting, but some people are able to maintain their hair color until 70's, because they practice healthy lifestyle and generally try to keep young through exercise, etc.

Turning gray has alot to do with purely genetics, but stress in your life can really expedite any genetics. No external application is going to stop it, b/c your hair is growing out... But making multi-color (though hard to keep up) covers up the grays.

Gray hair is fine, I think as long as your hair itself is kept clean. I don't see anything wrong with grays.

No, the graying of hair is a genetic affect. One can always use hair coloring to hide the gray.

Unfortunately, no. I've had gray hairs since I was in my teens! I dye my hair every now and again to hide the gray.
