There are many items that you can eat, such as fruit and yogurt, whole wheat toast with p.b. and chocolate milk. Any type of cereal which has at least 3 grams of fiber per serving. Just remember to get plenty of fiber along with = amounts of good carbs and protein along with healthy fats.

i don't know much about low fat, high nutrition items but i would say that the best breakfast is sausage gravy & bisquits with a big side dish of fruit!!! or i love going to an all you can eat breakfast buffets!!!

oatmeal, cut down the sugar and butter or margarine, add dry toast. If you don't like oatmeal, lumpy or whatever, I toast it on the stove before cooking it, it gives a good flavor, I don't know about heathwise tho
