I have a 6 month old Bengal and he growls all the time. When eating, sleeping, playing. I'm not sure why, maybe it's just a Bengal trait or perhaps the wild strek in him.

Mine does on occasions. But I imagine she's dreaming she's chasing a mouse or some other object and just can't get it or it could also be a nightmare. Too bad she can't talk.

Both of mine do from time to time. My older one doesn't as often because she's a very light sleeper and the slightest noise wakes her. I always say he's dreaming of hunting or fighting. lol
