What lovely suggestions you've had so far ... I'd probably now be completely spoiled for choice ,,, and I'm going to add a few more, to make the choice even greater (tee hee) - all linked to angel:

Angel & Cherub
Seraphim & Cherubim (types of angels)

The rest don't really match - as in Pepper & Salt, Jelly & Custard, match - but they are all Angel related ...

Angenie & Adiana (spirit angel & night's falling reveals the angels)
Dabria & Cassiel (name of an angel & angel of Saturday)
Dara & Leyna (angel of compassion or wisdom & little angel)
Serafina & Tangia (heavenly winged angel & The Angel)

Or you could mix & match to suit you.

Really quite envy you, getting your little puppy tomorrow ... you're going to have a fun weekend!

Just a couple of ideas -

We had a litter of 6 puppies two years ago. My children were bound and determined to name them so we could tell them apart. They decided to name them all names that started with the letter "T" - Theodore Roosevelt, Trixi, Trouble, Traveler, Tippy and Tweetie. Theodore Roosevelt "Teddy" was the "leader", Trixi was the least dominant female, and my daughter named her, Trouble was the one into stuff the most, Traveler was the one who always went missing, Tippy was the only one of 6 black puppies to have a white tip on her tail, and Tweetie liked to give kisses the most.

I tell you all this because you may want to wait and determine the puppy's personality before you name her. Angel is a great name, but if she turns out to be aggressive it really doesn't fit.

if you name one angel you can name the other celeste which means heavenly. or even destiny like an angel of destiny. or star

how about hope and faith?

some more pairs:
chantilly & lace
coco & chanel (coco chanel perfume)
diamond & pearl
hershey & kisses
itsy & bitsy
lucy and ethel (famous I love Lucy duo)
Laverne and Shirley (TV show back in the 70s)
Melody & Harmony
Squirt & Sprite (soda)
Yin & Yang
Zsa Zsa & Eva (the Gabor sisters)
Thelma & Louise (movie)
Blossom & Sweetpea
Chili & Pepper
Twinkle & Star
Dixie, Pixie, or Trixie
Elpheba & Glinda (from the musical Wicked)
giggles & chuckles
glitter & sparkle
any flower, just pair it: poppy, lily, jasmine, daisy, holly, ivy, etc.
any gem: topaz, ruby, amethyst, opal, emerald etc.

there are so many pairs, but these are just famous ones. It could be things that YOU like just pair them up. For example, I like jasmine and lilies so I'd probably name my pair jasmine and lily. I like blossoming flowers, so it could be flower and blossom. My favorite colors are sienna and sunny yellow so it'd be sienna and sunny. so many possibilities. It has to be part of your personality.

p.s. oh and don't let other people tell you you can't give matching names, it's all up to you, they're your babies, they'll be running up to you when you call their names, matching or not.

You could take a tip from my mate, her dog is called Dfor! as in A for apple, B for boat, etc. The cat is Cfor but, the best one by far is the rabbit, go on you work it out!!!!!
But if you really do want a pair of names how about Sapphire & Steele
