No! I just attended two meetings where the managers felt it necessary to point things out 3 ft away from they were standing with laser pointers... What the heck is that about?
However, I did buy one to entertain my cats... That is very amusing to watch them try to catch it! =)

No, I've always thought of them as a way for annoying people to kick it up a notch them and the monkees in the job website ad.
