Yes, I've used their protein powder before. It tastes pretty good and is reasonably priced. They are a well-established company so you can rely upon them.

Lately, to save a few bucks, I've been using the Body Fortress line. It stirs up nicely and the only drawback is that it has a bit more cholesterol than I'd like in a protein powder (where as EAS has less).

Try to find a powder that suites your budget and taste. More or less, most of them are the same while some contain additional amino acids.

I think all whey protein is the same? IF not that may be the reason why the 11 dollar kind I got from Wal-Mart hasnt made me gain yet..using it for a couple o days..But I dont do strong workouts tho..
